1. What's your turnover time?

Ans: Sorry, but due to large workload, estimated completion date for newly ordered pet portraits is March 2011 (Updated 23rd. July 2010)

2. How much do pet portraits cost to commission?

Ans: The main Pet Portraits page lists 3 sizes of pet portrait in both pencil and coloured pencil.

3. Which photos do I send and how?

Ans: Details about pet photos can be found on the main Pet Portraits page.

4. My pet portrait won't get damaged, will it?

Ans: All portraits are packed securely and insured.

5. What about payment?

Ans: Payment is not required until you have approved your pet portrait via email. Ways you can pay are listed on the Pet Portraits page.

6. How do you draw your pet portraits?

Ans: The pet portraits tutorial explains techiques and has photos of pet portraits in progress.

7. What kind of paper do you draw your pet portraits on?

Ans: I use smooth paper for pencil and a textured paper for coloured pencil portraits.

8. Will my pet portrait be shown on your website?

Ans: Pet Portraits may be used unless I hear a contrary preference from you.

9.I need to cancel my pet portrait. Is this okay?

Ans: Orders for pet portraits may be cancelled at any time.

10. What if I don't like my pet portrait?

Ans: Please read my Returns Policy.

11. Will you frame my pet portrait?

Ans: Although I don't offer framing, I have compiled advice on framing pet portraits here.

12. Can you fit me in for a quick pet sketch?

Ans: Sorry, but I only sketch people - pet portraits are in high detail..
