You will have the chance to approve your drawing before you pay

1. What's your turnover time?

Ans: Sorry, but due to large workload, estimated delivery date for newly ordered pet portraits is March 2011(Updated 23rd. July 2010)

2. How much do your pet portraits cost to commission?

Ans: The price table lists 3 sizes of pet portrait in both pencil and coloured pencil.

3. Which photos do I send and how?

Ans: See about sending & taking pet photos here.

4. How can I be sure my portrait won't get damaged?

Ans: All pet portraits are packed securely and insured.

5. What about payment?

Ans: Payment is not required until you have approved your pet portrait via email. Ways you can pay are listed here.

6. How do you draw your pet portraits?

Ans: The pet portraits tutorial explains techiques, and has photos of pet portraits in progress.

7. What kind of paper will you draw my pet portrait on?

Ans: I always use a smooth paper for pencil and a textured paper for coloured portraits.

8. Will my pet portrait be shown on your website?

Ans: Pet Portraits may be shown unless I hear a contrary preference from you.

9. What if I need to cancel my pet portrait?

Ans: Orders for pet portraits may be cancelled at any time.

10. What if I don't like my pet portrait?

11. Do you frame your pet portraits?

Ans: Although I don't offer framing, I have compiled advice on framing pencil and coloured pencil pet portraits here.

12. Can you fit me in for a quick pet sketch?

Ans: Sorry, but I only sketch people - pet portraits are in high detail.
