3. Which photos do I send and how?

4. How can I be sure my pet portrait won't get damaged?
Ans: All pet portraits are packed securely and insured.
5. What about payment?
Ans: Payment is not required until you have approved your pet portrait via email. Please see the main pet portraits page for ways you can pay.
6. How do you draw your pet portraits?
Ans: The pet portraits tutorial explains techiques, and has photos of portraits in progress.
7. What kind of paper will you draw my pet portrait on?
Ans: I use smooth paper for pencil and a textured paper for coloured pet portraits.
8. Will my pet portrait be shown on your website?
Ans: New pet portraits may be featured: please inform me if you do not wish this.
9. What if I need to cancel my portrait?
Ans: Orders for pet portraits may be cancelled at any time.

Ans: Sorry, but I only sketch people - pet portraits are in high detail.
