P&P is £6.00 for UK. All wedding portraits are sent via Special Delivery and insured. Will also post worldwide.

You will have a chance to approve your pencil portrait online before you pay, but please understand that portraits cannot be sent until payment is received.

Photographs

Emailed photos or a disc are preferred.

Please realise that the quality of your wedding portrait depends on the photos.

Natural lighting is superior to flash.

The artist can usually combine multiple photos into one pencil portrait.

Please don't send professional copyrighted wedding images.

The artist will not display wedding photos without permission.

Wedding Portrait Payment

Payment is due on approval of an emailed image of your finished portrait.

Methods: Paypal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer, cash deposit.

Please understand that portraits cannot be dispatched until payment is completed.

1. What's your turnover time?

Ans: Sorry, but due to large workload, estimated completion date for newly ordered portraits is: March 2011 (Updated 23rd. July 2010)

N.B. I also offer pencil portrait sketches, which can often be fitted in. Please enquire if interested in a pencil portrait sketch.

2. How much does a wedding portrait commission cost ?

Ans: The price table lists 3 sizes of wedding portrait in both pencil and coloured pencil.

3. Which photos do I send and how?

Ans: See about sending photos here.

4. How can I be sure my wedding portrait won't get damaged?

Ans: All portraits are packed very securely and insured.

5. What about payment?

Ans: Payment is not required until you have approved your wedding portrait in an email. Ways you can pay are listed here.

6. How do you draw your portrait drawings?

Ans: Please see the pencil portrait drawing tutorials for techiques and photos of portraits in progress.

7. What kind of paper will you draw my wedding portrait on?

Ans: I use the smooth paper for pencil and a textured paper for coloured pencils.

8. Will my wedding portrait be shown on your website?

Ans: Artwork images may be used unless I hear a contrary preference from you. I don't display portraits of people who have passed away.

9. I need to cancel my portrait. Is this okay?

Ans: Orders for portraits may be cancelled at any time.

10. What if I don't like my portrait?

Ans: Please read my Returns Policy.

11. Will you frame my pencil portrait for me?

Ans: Although I don't offer framing, I have compiled advice on framing portraits here.
